Healthy plants and thorough packing are guaranteed. However, due to the delicate and sensitive nature of living orchids, and the incontrollable transit conditions, we regret we cannot guarantee the duration of blossom or be held responsible for possible damage to plants, buds or flowers occurred during transportation.
