Out of province shipping
period: March - October. In order to provide more protection and make orchids
better adaptation to a new growing environment, the orchids are recommended
to be shipped in pots. Healthy plants and thorough packing are guaranteed. However, due to the delicate and sensitive nature of living orchids, and the
incontrollable transit conditions, we regret we cannot guarantee the
duration
of blossom or be held responsible
for possible damage to plants, buds or flowers occurred during transportation.
Packing & handling
cost is added to all out of city orders.
EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
ONLINE SHIPPING:
Please contact us by email if you encountered any problems with
plants within 3 days after shipment. The receiver may be asked to
return the defective plant(s) at purchasers expense. We give no
warranty, expressed or implied, as to their productiveness or health
in the hands of the purchaser.
IN
STORE PURCHASE: Merchandise may be returned for exchange
within 7 days of purchase with original receipt. There is no refund
or exchange on clearance, final sale , discount, and damaged items.
All items are non-refundable. We reserve the right to research the
original purchase, and to limit or decline exchanges.
